2014: Year in review

2014 has been my best year coloring comics by a long shot. It's not even close. This probably explains it most succinctly:

# of projects by major publishers prior to 2014: 0
# of projects by major publishers in 2014: 5
At the end of 2013, I had 513 YouTube subscribers on my channel.
At the end of 2014, I have 5,237

What else?! I launched an online coloring course here: http://learn.comiccolor.com It's gone far beyond my expectations. All the feedback has been great, and I'm trying to decide what to do with it next! I'm considering a second, more advanced course, but I put so much stuff in the first one, the content would be heavy! I'm still debating on that...

So what's coming?! I have a few mini-series lined up if the pitches get picked up, but my goals for 2015 are pretty simple:

1. Another Image or Dark Horse miniseries. I'm a huge fan of what both companies are doing, and it would mean a lot to get work on a mini for either one.
2. One Marvel image. Just one... doesn't matter what... a fill-in page, a short, an ad, the front of lunch box.  A full Marvel issue? I'll make that a 2016 goal. Baby steps, right?

Have a great 2015, everyone. Thanks so much for reading, watching, subscribing, following, liking, and whatever else you did in support of this crazy business.
